Collaborating with my team, we developed comprehensive guidelines that provide a visionary blueprint for knowledge institutions in the Amsterdam metropolitan area. Our approach combined speculative design, futures thinking, and strategic foresight.
Following the program, I was hired as an external contractor to implement an agile project management tool, co-create a Service Design Blueprint, facilitate ideation sessions, and design training and guidelines for Digital Transformation Designers. This work laid the foundation for effective program implementation and potential scalability with new business models.

As a member of a three-person team, we initiated, designed, and implemented the largest mentoring program for technical sciences students in the country. This program provided 140 disadvantaged young people with invaluable one-on-one industry mentoring. Notably, we achieved a 51% female applicant rate and scaled the mentoring program by 220% for the implementing organization, BH Futures Foundation.
